Yoga

I delight in the yoga that can be practiced by every body.

Well-being of body, mind and spirit are uplifted through postures (asana), breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra).

I also share sacred singing (kirtan), chanting (mantra), cleansing practices like nasal irrigation (neti) and ways of living yoga in daily life (karma yoga).

One To One

$90 / Hour or $120 / 1.5 Hours

Our time together will focus on practices to expand well-being of body, mind and spirit and increasing awareness and connectedness with oneself.

We can also look to address imbalances or health conditions.

For example strengthening your core or spine, creating regularity with sleeping, deepening peace and calm in life, cultivating more positive mind states and healing from trauma. We can also explore ancient systems for purification and cleansing of the body, like the digestive system or developing a yogic lifestyle.

You will receive a written practice and you are welcome to audio/video record our time together.

I offer opportunities to spend a half or full day in retreat.

This is your chance to take time out and nourish yourself through:

A full yoga class of posture (asana), breath awareness (pranayama) and meditation

Experience of the powerful practice of yogic sleep (nidra)

Learning practices to support yogic lifestyle, such as walking meditation or the SWAN principle (Strengths, Weakness, Aspirations and Needs).

Exploring the dancing light, abundant beauty, peace and balance of your true nature and it's reflection in Mother Nature at our beachside location.

Full day retreats also include a vegan lunch and guidance on yogic cooking and diet.

Fortnightly Healing Chanting (Mahamrityunjaya mantra)

The Mahamrityunjaya mantra is an ancient and very powerful mantra used to bring courage and transformation in the face of life's challenges.

It carries a resonance which facilitates healing, nurturance and relief from suffering on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

If you know someone who is suffering or in distress, please feel free to ask for their name to be placed in our circle.

We practice this mantra meditation practice for the benefit of all.

Monthly Sacred Singing (Kirtan)

A simple and powerful way to meditate through call and response singing.

Kirtan practice is an effortless and joyful practice, that by-passes the mind and easily reaches the heart.

The ancient chants contain powerful renewing and transformative energy, that helps reconnect with the goodness or divinity that resides within each of us.

All welcome, no previous singing or chanting experience is needed. Bring an instrument if you have one.
