Honouring the great wisdom traditions, I welcome the opportunity to share ancient practices of Yoga and Meditation that every body can enjoy.
These practices allow the natural inherent happiness, goodness, wisdom, beauty, harmony, joy and kindness to be expressed in our lives.
Practices of Yoga and Meditation are available by entering into retreat, joining in-person or online classes or booking one-to-one and private sessions.
Community classes are located in Southshore and Waltham.
Well-being of body, mind and spirit are uplifted through postures (asana), breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra).
Instruction and support in sacred singing (kirtan), chanting (mantra meditation), cleansing practices like nasal irrigation (neti) and ways of living yoga in this life as it is now (karma yoga) are available by contacting Atmavidya.
