In Person Classes or Online with Atmavidya

Everyone can join.
Enrolment in any one class gives access to both classes either in person (depending on space), online live or with a recording:
5.30-7.00pm Mondays HATHA YOGA UNWIND 8 week Course with Atmavidya at Southshore
9.30-11.00am Tuesdays HATHA YOGA BALANCE AND EASE 8 week Course with Atmavidya at Southshore
9.15-10.30am Sundays HATHA YOGA at Uprising Yoga Studio
5.00 - 6.00pm Saturday MAHAMRITYUNJAYA, KIRTAN AND KAI (shared) at Southshore

ONLINE PARTICIPATION IN THE CLASSES AND EVENTS:
If you are not able to attend any class or event in person contact Atmavidya to access the class or event online.
CONTRIBUTION/PRICING:
$160 for 8 weeks or $25 per session (as space allows) or by koha (to uplift the wellbeing of the community) or other agreement with Atmavidya.
Scholarships to support those with low income are available for classes. Please enquire with Atmavidya.
MANTRA MEDITATION AND KIRTAN:
