Contribution:
$130 (or by koha/dana) for 7 weeks per person to attend Friday classes at Plover Street in person or $120 online.
$200 (or by koha/dana) for 9 weeks to attend Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday classes online and include any other family members who are able to join from home.

These practices support deepening access to living Yoga beyond the class. The practices bring easeful unfoldment of conscious actions that can uplift the wellbeing of yourself and all the loved ones close to you.
The class includes
breath awareness,
meditation (still and moving ) and
deep relaxation practices which will take you a little deeper than the weekly classes.
There is also the option to join earlier at 4.30pm on the same Zoom Link as this class, to practice Mantra Meditation practice of Mahamrityunjaya.
