The transition of the seasons is a time to turn inwards and gather strength from the experiences of life.
It is a powerful time to let go of what is complete and open space for a way of being that is more attuned to, and nurturing of, the growing awareness/consciousness within.
The butterfly is a powerful symbol or archetype of the inner psyche, that can help support our eseful and graceful transitions in life as we connect to the wisdom of nature within and around us, also making transition.
The whole of the cosmos is in constant transition. Planetary energies are aligned at this time to make it auspicious for the Sadhana (practices for transformation) of Navaratri.
Mantra and ritual are tools used to help carry us, with ease, into meditation. Repetition of sacred sounds in the language of Sanskrit, creates a resonance which helps to purify and bring the whole body mind system into balance and harmony with itself and the Cosmos.
Over these nine days of practice, we open to the deep source of our capacity to make change; allow material and spiritual abundance; and touch our infinite creativity, as we celebrate and honour these divine aspects of ourselves.
This time of Navaratri offers opportunity to increase capacity for:
One-pointed awareness through mantra meditation;
Create space for change in tendencies and habits of nature through purification of body mind system;
Deepening connection with the beauty of nature within.
