Hatha Yoga Balance and Ease is a yoga class that everyone can practice at their level.
It is suitable for beginners and for experienced practitioners, for those who practice from a chair or from the ground. Emphasis is on developing awareness of the experience in the body and practicing in a way that honours the wisdom of the body.
Regular participation will increase flexibility and strength, expand vitality and nurture well-being of body, mind and spirit. Practices expand experience of peace, balance and healthy perspective on life under all the conditions of life.
Contribution: $160 for 8 weeks or $25 per session (as space allows) or by koha (to uplift the wellbeing of the community) or other agreement with Atmavidya.
