Christine Kieltyka is the resident Ayurvedic Therapist at the beautiful Okuti Garden. She has a tranquil cottage clinic located within the garden and warmly invites us to experience balancing and restorative treatments inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (The sister science to Yoga).
With training in Germany and India, alongside an herbal degree from New Zealand she offers a diverse range of massages and complementary therapies tailored to individual needs, including:
Abhyanga Massage: A deeply relaxing full-body massage with warm Ayurvedic herbal oils, nourishing the body's seven dhatus (tissues) and grounding the nervous system. Known as the "mother of oil massages," it restores harmony and vitality.
Garshan Massage: A stimulating dry massage with raw silk gloves to boost circulation and energize the body, often paired with a Tibetan honey back massage for deep tissue detox.
Marma Massage: Gentle, precise pressure on marma points (vital energy centers) to relieve stress, enhance circulation, and encourage the free flow of prana (life energy), leaving you balanced and rejuvenated.
