This is a yoga class for those who wish to live more fully into their lives, observing closely, to allow the great inner strength and flexibility to reveal itself through practices of yoga and meditation (including conscious movement, breath, asana, postures and deep relaxation).
Everyone is able to practice at their level, in the way that is right for them from a chair or from the ground.
The practice is designed to deepen awareness, to expand well-being of body, mind and spirit, increasing experience of peace, balance and healthy perspective on life, irrespective of our circumstances.
Practice and classes are based at The Tara Centre to practice together. This will allow everyone to practice in person or online from home.
Contribution:
$160 (or by koha/dana) for 9 weeks per person to attend Wednesday classes at Tara Centre in person.
$180 (or by koha/dana) for 9 weeks to attend Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes online and include any other family members who are able to join from home.
