Warm greetings to you all at this time - just after solstice and the grand conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn and in the lead up to Christmas, honouring the birth of Jesus Christ.
So much to celebrate, so much to be grateful for. If you feel drawn to join us on the full moon this week, our usual time for chanting the magnificent Mahamrityunjaya mantra. We will chant mantra first and then move on to kirtan, followed by sharing food that we all contribute to the table.
To be followed (optional) by shared plant-based snacks and herbal teas. Koha will be accepted.
Come to one or other of these events; come to both. Whatever feels right and good for you. The chanting was planned, the kirtan is a spontaneous addition, giving us all a beautiful opportunity (if you are in town and have time,) to gather and sing together. You will be warmly welcomed.
May the love peace and joy of Christmas be with us all
MahadeviThe Mahamrityunjaya mantra is an ancient and very powerful mantra given to bring courage and transformation in the face of life's challenges. It carries a resonance which facilitates healing, nurturance and relief from suffering on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
If you know someone who is suffering or in distress, please feel free to ask for their name to be placed in the circle.
We practice this mantra meditation practice for the well-being and happiness of all.
If you would like to host a session in your home on a full or new moon, please let Atmavidya or Mahadevi know.
Looking forward to our continuing connection through the practice mantra meditation together.
