Enjoy creating and eating nutritious food from the organic garden,
or take space to rest and receive the abundant goodness this space can offer you.
Practice walking meditation, breathing beside the ocean.
Enjoy an afternoon practice or rest, read or practice karma yoga or walking meditation before dinner.
Then breathe with the rhythm of the estuary and watch the light of the day settle across the waters and behind Ka Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana, the sacred mountains of the Southern Alps before evening meditation and sleep to the sound of the ocean.
Accommodation: Twin room shared space or own room space with shared living and practice space and bathroom.
Contribution: $200 per night
Including 3 meals (beautiful, simple, nourishing and plant-based or vegetarian. Particular needs with food can be accommodated); accommodation and all practices (90 minute morning yoga class, 30 minute midday deep relaxation practice, 20 to 30 minute evening meditation class).
Optional extra classes available: 90 minute restorative afternoon yoga class ($50) or guidance with morning walking meditation 20--30 minutes ($20) or a one to one private session to set up an ongoing practice for you ($100 for two hours with recording of the practice and written overview).
