This 8 week Block of practices gives the opportunity to deepen experience of the yoga of living life fully.

The mantra meditation practices build the strength of mind that allows it to remain focused on one point of awareness.

This is an opportunity to participate in and learn Mantra Meditation practices that have been given by Swami Niranjanananda at Bihar School of Yoga since the period of Lockdown, to deepen connection with our positivity and strength.

Each practice has a particular life and energy that can be experienced, even by simply listening:

They can help us

  • to take good care of what is most valuable, internally;

  • remain strong and full of trust in the face of life;

  • to bring forward the experience of wisdom, strength, fearlessness, happiness and peace.

They help the body mind system to come to its natural balance and harmony and be more in touch with the deeper guidance offered by the more subtle and higher dimensions of mind.

One can practice from sitting (on the ground or on a chair) or lying down, by simply listening or by following words, or by listening and singing. The main focus of the practice is to allow the awareness to remain focused on the experience of the sound and the mantra. This provides rest for the mind.
