Experience increasing peace, balance and healthy perspective on life even after one class and even in the face of challenging circumstances.

This is a yoga class that everyone can practice at their level. It is suitable for beginners and for experienced practitioners.

Regular participation will increase flexibility and strength, expand vitality and nurture well-being of body, mind and spirit.

Practicing together is beautiful support for the wellbeing of our community. As we deepen our own inner peace, there is a natural way that peace and happiness of those around us expands. It is a natural ripple effect, like a small stone falling into a still lake.

Practice and classes are based at Atmavidya’s 10 Plover Street. This will allow everyone to practice in person or online from home.

Contribution:

$160 (or by koha/dana) for 9 weeks per person to attend Monday classes at Plover Street in person.

$180 (or by koha/dana) for 9 weeks to attend Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes online and include any other family members who are able to join from home.
